School of Hospitality Management organized bakery workshop on “Artisanal Chocolates”. The workshop was conducted by Chef Anmol Gupta, Entrepreneur & Owner of Bon Box Chocolates, Chandigarh. Artisanal chocolate is the latest fad in the world of chocolates which is a key ingredient in bakery operations.
The workshop was organized under the leadership of Mr. Shashank Anand, Head, School of Hospitality Management and Ms. Sunaini Garg, Faculty Co-ordinator for the workshop. Dr.Hukum Chand Bansal, Chancellor, RIMT University, graced the event and motivated the students to participate with full zeal in such workshops. Dr. A.S. Chawla, Vice Chancellor, RIMT University, discussed that such workshops are a great source of learning for students and keeps them updated with the latest industry trends.
