The Centre of Excellence (CoE) is created through a collaborative governance framework comprising representatives from RIMT University and Technoledge Eduresearch Pvt. Ltd. (TEPL).

Training program will be developed in consultation with industry experts to ensure alignment with current market trends and emerging technologies. The curriculum will be continuously updated to incorporate advancements in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotics, Full Stack Development, Digital Technologies, and other multidisciplinary domains. The ecosystem emphasizes Project-Based Learning (PBL), where students work on real-world problems, case studies, industry-sponsored projects, and innovation challenges under the guidance of academic mentors and industry professionals. Regular workshops, boot camps, hackathons, coding competitions, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), expert lectures, and technical seminars will further enrich the learning experience and foster innovation and creativity. The Research & Innovation vertical of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) is dedicated to fostering a culture of scientific inquiry, technological advancement, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The Centre aims to create an ecosystem where students, faculty members, researchers, and industry experts work together to address real-world challenges through innovative research and the application of emerging technologies. The CoE will facilitate collaborative research projects between RIMT University, Technoledge Eduresearch Pvt. Ltd. (TEPL), industry partners, research organizations, government agencies, and international institutions. These collaborations will focus on developing practical solutions, advancing technological innovations, and promoting interdisciplinary research across diverse domains. The Centre will actively encourage the development of intellectual property (IP) by supporting faculty and students in filing patents, copyrights, trademarks, and design registrations for innovative products, processes, software applications, and research outcomes. Dedicated mentoring, technical guidance, and expert consultations will be provided throughout the innovation and patent filing process. To strengthen the University’s research ecosystem, the Centre will promote the publication of high-quality research in SCOPUS, Web of Science, ABDC, UGC-CARE, and other internationally indexed journals, as well as conference proceedings, edited books, book chapters, and policy papers. The Centre aims to develop industry-ready professionals through a holistic approach that integrates career planning, skill enhancement, corporate engagement, internships, and placement assistance. The Centre will provide a structured career development framework encompassing technical training, aptitude development, communication and soft skills enhancement, resume building, interview preparation, group discussion sessions, career counselling, and professional mentoring. These initiatives will help students build confidence, improve employability, and prepare for diverse career opportunities in industry, academia, research, and entrepreneurship.
