Guest Lecture on Personal Effectiveness and Self Awareness
In a bid to enhance personal growth and self-awareness, School of Management, Commerce & Hospitality – RIMT University hosted a dynamic guest lecture on “Personal Effectiveness and Self-Awareness.” The event, held at SOMCH, brought together students and faculty eager to delve into the realms of self-discovery and effective personal development.
The keynote speaker for the evening was Dr. A.K Vashist (Dean Research, Maharaja Agrasen University, Baddi), a distinguished authority in the field of personal development and leadership. With a wealth of experience and a repertoire of successful ventures, Dr. A.K Vashist captivated the audience with insights into unlocking one’s full potential and fostering a deep understanding of oneself.
The lecture kicked off with an exploration of the fundamental components of personal effectiveness and emphasized the importance of setting clear goals, managing time efficiently, and cultivating effective communication skills. The audience was encouraged to reflect on their personal and professional objectives, laying the groundwork for a transformative journey towards self-improvement. 60 students from SOMC attended the lecture. The event concluded with a vibrant Q&A session, allowing attendees to seek personalized advice from the resource person.
