So the demand for a civil engineer is never ending. There are tremendous job opportunities with municipal corporations, rail, road and airport construction companies, development companies, water supply department, defence forces and other infrastructure related industries. Students can find employment as a supervisor on a construction site as well a managerial position or also a position in design. They can also engage themselves in research as well as teaching faculty in government and private services and institutes, as well as work as independent consultants.
