As a part of the efforts to develop and strengthen relationship with the corporate globe, RIMT has outlined a long-term strategy to place students in prestigious organisations. A well organised placement division functions with a full-time dedicated staff, who continuously monitor the employment potential and arrange campus placement for the students about the potential job opportunities and guidance. As a part of industry- institute interaction, students are exposed to the real work environment of various Industries. Hands-on training is imparted to students in the conventional as well as in advanced techniques.

The overall goal is to help build a long-term career with leading organisations and not just place the students.
