During Admission/Counseling all the candidates are required to bring the original and attested copies of the following documents.
Marksheets of class X and XII,
Marksheet of graduation (only for post graduate courses),
Migration certificate from the board/university last attended,
Medical fitness certificate,
Reserve category certificate, if applicable,
in case of time gap in studies, an affidavit declaring non-involvement in any criminal activity during the gap period.

The students are supposed to bring a two locks for the room and cupboard, bedding, one quantity each a bucket, mug, dustbin and other daily need items.
The campus is known for zero tolerance for ragging. An Anti Ragging Committee and Anti Ragging Squad have been established to help the students.
The university provides a conductive environment for the students. The campus is secured by security guards (both male and female) as well as CCTV cameras.
