TECHNOPHILIA 2K19
To give real time technical exposure to students, RIMT University Department of Computer Science & Engineering, organized two days Techfest named ‘TECHNOPHILIA 2K19’ on dated 15th& 16th October, 2019.
The Techfest was huge success with over 200+ registration in different technical events such as Project Presentation, Aptitude & Departmental Quiz, Gaming (online & offline), Coding Challenge, Contraption, Dares, Startup Pitch, Poster Making, Photography, Web Development and Treasure Hunt. The highlight of the fest was project presentation where more than 30+ real time projects was presented by the students of CSE, EE, ECE, ME, MCA, Agriculture and Architecture departments. The projects ranging from virtual reality to IOT, Networking, Gesture Controlling, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence based gaming etc.
Dr. M.S Bindra, Director Academics along with Dr. Ashish Oberoi (HOD-CSE) & HOD’s of other departments visited the Techfest and appraise the efforts of students on day 1.The Honourable Pro-vice chancellor Dr. B.S Bhatia motivated participants while distributing the Prizes & certificates, and highlighted the importance of such Tech-Fest in future aspects on day 2.
The main focus of these two days event was to motivate the students to understand the market or Industrial trends and to have real life exposure.
