About Programme
BCA (Hons.) in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a 4-year program consisting of 8 semesters in which students are trained in software programming & application development and specialized training in AI and ML.The program is designed to prepare students for a career in the technology industry, specifically in the field of AI and ML The program provides a substantial understanding of concepts in key areas of Computer Science with the latest industry and business best practices. Students will work on real-world problems and develop practical skills that are highly valued by employers. Upon completing the program, students will have a strong foundation in computer science, as well as specialized skills in AI and ML. Graduates of this program can pursue careers as AI and ML engineers, data analysts, software developers, research scientists, and other related roles in the technology industry.
Eligibility & Admission
All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream. OR Those candidates who have passed their Matriculation examination and have also passed three year Diploma in any Trade.

Learning Outcomes
The objective of the program is to provide quality education in information technology through the combination of theory and practice to enhance student’s compatibility in applications development, and to prepare next generation of computer professionals.
This program aims at developing required Computer skill set to the learners. Students of the BCA Program will get the theoretical as well as practical knowledge and to demonstrate the application of technical principles in a professional work setup.

- PO1 Disciplinary knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, computing fundamentals, and a Computing specialization to the solution of complex problems.
- PO2 Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyse complex computing problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and computing sciences.
- PO3 Design/development of solutions: Design solutions for complex problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.
