RIMT School of Legal Studies recently organized an enriching visit to the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in Delhi, where students engaged in interactive sessions with NHRC experts, gaining valuable insights into the commission’s structure, operations, and its vital role in upholding human rights. Key learnings included the functions of the Law and Investigation Divisions and the Complaints Management System. The visit aimed to deepen students’ understanding of human rights as outlined in the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993, and inspire them to contribute meaningfully in this field. The educational trip concluded with a visit to the historic Qutub Minar, celebrating India’s cultural heritage.
