Department of Fine Arts Celebrates Artistic Excellence

The Department of Fine Arts at RIMT University celebrated a day of creativity ‘EXPRERSSIVE VISIONS ‘at their annual art event held today, May 9, 2024. The event showcased the talents of both Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and Master of Fine Arts (MFA) students, highlighting a plethora of skills in diverse media and techniques.

Esteemed artist and renowned critic, Mr. Ravinder Sharma, graced the event as the judge and later conducted an enlightening art workshop in the afternoon. His presence was a monumental source of inspiration for the students and faculty alike, offering a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and personal critique.

The highlight of the day was the awards ceremony, where Bunty from MFA, 2nd Semester, and Kartik from BFA, 4th Semester, were honored with the Best Artist Award. Their work, distinguished by originality and technical mastery, received commendation from Mr. Sharma and the gathered audience of students, faculty, and visiting dignitaries.
