About Programme
Bachelor of Education is a undergraduate programme of 2-year duration. The course specifically caters to the students who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching and related fields. It is a skill-based training programme which imparts not only classroom learning but also seminars, practical training and internship.
Eligibility & Admission
Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 % marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.

Career Prospects
Teachers are one of the most respected professionals as they play a very important role in a student’s life. So B.Ed student can never run out of employement. The job opportunities for these professionals are numerous. They can find employment in various government and government-aided institutions. After qualifying, this examination one can join as a teacher in any government school in the state. The B.Ed graduates can teach in high primary and high school level.
