About Programme
The course provides the students a deeper and broader understanding of the subject. It imparts knowledge and develop understanding of research methodology and its application for research relevant to social problems. To use ethical skills in transparent, accountable decision making for the common good. Programme Education Objectives (PEOs)
- PEO1 To create, apply and disseminate knowledge of the language, literature, folklore, culture, and manuscripts of Punjabi domain under different specializations.
- PEO2 To develop the ability to identify, formulate and analyze in theatrical and practical domains of Punjabi language, literature, culture, and folklore.
- PEO3 To develop the attitude to peruse further research in Punjabi language, literature and culture.
Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs)
- PSO1 Research scholars will get understand the relations of history, society, culture, and human behavior with literature.
- PSO2 Research scholars will be aware of the skill of developing intercultural tensions, literary creations, impressive elaboration, and explanation as well.
- PSO3 Research scholars will get knowledge about medieval Punjabi poetry (Gurmat, Sufi, Kissa ate Vaar).
