5 days Workshop on Data Analysis through SPSS organised by RIMT University
RIMT university has organised a five-day workshop on SPSS for the research scholars from various universities and for the faculty members of RIMT university fro April 13 to April 18, 2022. On day one, Dr. Vijay Agarwal, vice chancellor, inaugurated the workshop.
The technical speaker of the workshop is Dr. Amanpreet Singh from School of Management studies, Punjabi University, Patiala.Mr. Vijyant Bansal, Pro- chancellor of the university welcomed the resource person and shared the invaluable significance of SPSS in research in various disciplines.
Dr. Vijay Agarwal, vice chancellor inaugurated the session and motivated the researchers for actively participating in such workshops for enhancing their technical skills which will help them in their research.Dr. B. S Bhatia, Pro Vice Chancellor, lauded the efforts of his team for organising such technical workshops where the research scholars will get the benefit of the demanding technical SPSS sessions.Dr. M. S Bindra, Dean Academics discussed the importance of workshops like this as the Research scholars get a chance to interact with the experts and benifit from it.
Dr. Santosh Bali, AP & Coordinator Research motivated the students to participate in the session and clear their doubts regarding SPSS in one-to-one Interaction session.
On day one of the workshop, Dr. Nitin Thapar, Associate Professor and Head,School of Management, initiated the session by providing basic information about the statistics analysis and preparing the research scholars for the technical session.Dr. Amanpreet Singh started the session by giving brief introduction about SPSS, to make the student familiar with the software.In the coming days of the workshop, he will clear the doubts of the scholars by discussing with them individually.
