Exercise science encompasses disciplines of exercise and sport physiology, movement analysis, training and conditioning and, sport and exercise psychology. Sport Science is a sub discipline that explores the factors influencing sport performance and strategies to improving it. There is growing demand for exercise and sports scientists around the globe.
