Course Overview

M. Tech - Electrical Engineering is a 2 year Post-Graduate Programme offers specializing in the communication system, power system and power electronics, VLSI design, control and instrumentation and photonics.

Eligibility and admission

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field.

Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category)

The 2 years’ duration is divided into 4 semesters, with each semester lasting a period of 6 months. During the first two semesters, students face different sets of theoretical subjects and practical lab sessions associated with those subjects.
