GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Teams are required to complete the registration before the start of the event.
  • All the teams participating in the chef competition should reach the venue 30 minutes before the start of the competition. Outstation Teams are requested to come well in advance to ensure full preparedness for the event.
  • The teams are required to carry their own uniforms along with the chef kit and props. Participants must wear their Institute's Identity Cards during the competition.
  • Participating teams are requested to maintain friendly and cordial relations with each other during the competition.
  • Teams are allowed the use of their own display material for presentation on the condition that the material will not in any way promote their Institute or any other organization.
  • Though the organizers will take reasonable care, they will not be responsible for any theft/loss/damages to the display material, tools and equipments and other belongings of the participants.
  • All the participating teams are requested to clean their work area after the preparation is over.
  • All competitions must be completed within the stipulated time, failing to do so will result in disqualification.
  • The participation fee is non-refundable.
  • Limited seats are available for accommodation. Teams are requested to register well in advance to avoid inconvenience. There will be nominal charges on food and the accommodation will be free.
  • Teams are required to complete the registration before the start of the event.
