Course Overview

The food industry all over the globe is growing and India is no different as a nation. The trend of eating out is quite popular these days and so the food industry is trying to match this growing demand among masses.

As per information shared by the India Brand Equity Foundation, “The Indian food and grocery market is the world’s sixth largest, with retail contributing 70 per cent of the sales. It is projected to grow at the rate of 104 per cent, touching US$ 482 billion by 2020”.

Thus, going by these numbers, it is a known fact that there is a lot of demand and need for trained professionals in this field. Students looking to make a career in culinary arts need to possess education and training from good colleges.

At the end of the 12 months of rigorous learning at our campus, the student is then sent for Industrial Exposure training at a 5 star hotel/hotel chain abroad (Malaysia, Thailand, Mauritius, China etc). The training is decided via various methods of selection such as personal interviews & food trials. The entire faculty shall assist each and every student in preparing for the selection process.

At the end of the industrial exposure training, the student is required to return back to the institute for submission of training certificate and final examinations.
